How to Donate Items

If you have an interesting single item or collection that you would like to deposit with the Bluebell Railway Museum – Southern Railways Archive, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Our collection policy is:

• Documents, plans and books – we welcome items relating to the railways of southern England.
• Photographs, negatives, slides and digital images – all formats are accepted, from a single photograph to a lifetime’s work. We aim to keep each photographer’s work together. While our focus is southern England, collections may include views from across the UK and overseas.
• Bluebell Railway – we welcome documents, photographs, books, posters, tickets and merchandise relating to the Bluebell Railway.
