In immaculate condition. There appears to be an inspector on the footplate. The loco has a 70D (Basingstoke) shedplate. It was withdrawn 30/12/1962 but was saved for preservation, becoming part of the NRM collection. It is now operational on long term loan at the Mid-Hants Railway
